What the service includes
We provide a knowledgeable single point of contact throughout the tenancy, helping employees and corporate clients manage day-to-day tenancy matters and communication with landlords, agents and other parties. Depending on the agreed scope, support may include maintenance queries, interpretation of tenancy responsibilities, company-let renewals, rent-review coordination, notices, extension or early-termination discussions, check-out preparation, dilapidations and deposit matters. On request and where agreed, we can also administer rent and utility payments. We keep the relevant parties informed and help issues progress in a practical, timely way.
