What the service includes
We support the sale from initial planning through to completion, helping the employee and company maintain visibility when time, distance or an onward relocation makes the process harder to manage. We speak with two or three reputable local estate agents, arrange and compare market appraisals and fees, and help select the most appropriate agent. Before instruction, we review the proposed agency terms from a practical and commercial perspective and seek favourable terms where possible. Once the property is marketed, we remain a central point of contact, monitor progress, coordinate communication and help keep the sale aligned with the wider relocation timetable. We can also recommend independent solicitors and property specialists, such as surveyors, where required.
