Departure Services

We plan the departure carefully so that the property, tenancy obligations and practical arrangements are managed in the right order. Depending on the agreed service, we review the tenancy requirements and coordinate notice with the relevant parties, helping ensure it is served in a timely and legally compliant manner. Where the authorised service allows, we can carry out a pre-departure inspection and advise on preparation for handback. We can also arrange or support check-out attendance, record the property’s condition, help address proposed dilapidations and follow up on the return of the security deposit. Practical assistance may include closing utility accounts, arranging postal redirection and coordinating other move-out services.
