What the service includes
Our service begins with an in-depth consultation to understand your priorities, budget, working location, commute, lifestyle and family needs. We then research suitable areas and properties, contact agents, review options and arrange an efficient viewing program. One of our experienced local consultants can accompany you, providing practical area knowledge and independent guidance throughout.
Once you have chosen a home, we negotiate the offer and proposed terms, guide you through the referencing process and review the tenancy documentation from a relocation perspective. We coordinate with the relevant parties to keep matters moving and keep the RMC or corporate client updated in real time throughout the program.
At check-in, we can help coordinate the appointment, attend where included, review the inventory and condition report, record and raise any immediate issues, confirm meter readings and explain the next practical steps. RelocationOnline provides a detailed report and clear record of the property and check-in information. Depending on the agreed service, we can also support utilities, recommended local services and other move-in arrangements until you are settled.
